What currency are the prices listed on your site?

All prices are in GBP (£).

When will my order ship?

Please allow 24–48 hours for processing and production. Once your order has been shipped, average delivery times are as follows:

  • UK: 2–4 business days
  • EU: 2–11 business days
  • International: 3–17 business days

You will receive a tracking number within 3–5 business days of your order being shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking number after this time, please email us at info@khjewellery.co.uk.

What are your shipping rates?

  • UK Orders:

    • Free shipping on orders over £40.
    • £4.99 shipping fee for orders under £40.

  • EU Orders: £9.99 flat rate.

  • International Orders: £19.99 flat rate.

Note: Any additional customs or import duties for EU or international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my order? What if there’s an issue?

We want you to love your jewellery! Here’s what you need to know about returns:

  • Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition (unworn, unused, and in original packaging).

  • Exclusions:

    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
    • Customised or personalised items

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item is faulty or damaged, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please contact us at info@khjewellery.co.uk to begin the return process. For full details, refer to our Returns Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at info@khjewellery.co.uk to request a cancellation.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to initiate a return once the order arrives.

What should I do if I entered an incorrect address?

If you’ve provided the wrong shipping address, please email us immediately at info@khjewellery.co.uk.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.
  • If the order has already been processed or dispatched, unfortunately, changes cannot be made.

To ensure your jewellery lasts for years to come:

  • Store your jewellery in the pouch provided to prevent scratching and tarnishing.
  • Avoid exposure to lotions, sprays, and perfumes—apply these before putting on your jewellery.
  • Remove your jewellery before swimming, bathing, or exercising.
